The Opt2.net website uses the Flexure font for many page headings. (as above) If this text does not match , click here to download it now. Select "save as" and save it to a directory you'll remember, perhaps "c:\temp". Then open your "fonts" folder (Windows users; Start, Settings, Control Panel, Fonts) and select add new font from the File Header. Click on browse and navigate to the directory you saved the file just a moment ago. When you see the file "flexure" click on it once, and hit Okay. After doing this, hit the "reload" button (or Control R) and check the page again. If it still doesn't match, you might have to reboot your machine.
