If you get an email from anyone claiming to be from Opt2.net with an attached zip file (or anyone for that matter) BE VERY CAUTIOUS! There are people sending viruses forging our return address. We did not send it. DO NOT open a zip file without virus scanning it first! (And we almost never send zip files to our customers.)

Cpanel Control Panel Support:
To log into your control panel:
Control Panel - https://sitename.com:2083 (Replace "sitename.com" with your domain name)
Webmail (secure) https://sitename.com:2096 (Replace "sitename.com" with your domain name)
Webmail - http://sitename.com:2095 (Replace "sitename.com" with your domain name)
Secure login is always preferred, but some people have trouble with it. So use it if you can, and if not, try the unsecure login.
When logging into the control panel, you just use the account name.
When logging into the mail urls, you should use the entire email address as the login.
Tired of SPAM? All accounts include Spam Assassin. Just log into your control panel and click on "mail", then "Spam Assassin." Just enable it and the spam box. Be sure to monitor it and you might have to setup some "whitelists" to keep from losing wanted mail. But once you set them up, it works very well. Also and this is very important, be sure to log in once a week and empty your spam box. Otherwise Spam can eat up your entire hard drive space and create a lot of problems.
